About Sascha
Sascha supports others through big life changes such as grief and loss, relationship breakdown, infertility, breast cancer (and other cancer support), carer burnout, mid-life questioning, spiritual awakening, end of life support and trauma and addictions. Using tools from traditional counselling, clinical hypnotherapy, holistic counselling, inner child frameworks (such as Gabor Mate) and lived experience, she provides a non-judgemental space for you to be able to explore the situation from all angles and work out a way forward with peace and clarity.
Sascha does monthly sound healings and regular workshops in the community to support mind, body and soul alignment using modalities that have supported her through her own challenges in life which include grief and loss, infertility, marriage breakdown, breast cancer, carer fatigue and the journey to finding her authenticity.
